Tandom Cleaning Services - Terms & Policies 1. There is no term to this agreement. Customer may cancel at any time for any reason. Tandom Cleaning Services may cancel at any time for any reason. 2. Tandom Cleaning Services reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it is taking to perform our service to meet the customer’s standards. Customer will be contacted to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid. 3. We do our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum one-business day notice is required. 4. Payment is due at time of service in the form of cash, check or money order, or major credit card. 5. There is a $10 fee if you neglect to leave payment, and we, at our discretion, complete the cleaning and leave an invoice. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days. To avoid incurring extra fees, you may leave a credit card number on file with our office in the event you forget to leave a check on your cleaning day. 6. Monthly billing is available upon request at no extra charge. Service is billed in advance and due on the 15th of each month. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days. A $15 late fee will apply if payment is not received by the 15th. 7. There is a $25 fee for any check returned by your bank. If your bank is in error, they should reimburse you for this expense. There is a $75 fee, plus any attorney’s fees, in addition to the balance due, for any account we must refer to collections. 8. Should you directly employ anyone currently employed Tandom Cleaning Services or employed by Tandom Cleaning Services within a 6 month period (either legally or on a cash basis), without written our written permission then you are liable for an employment referral fee of $500 per person. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee. 9. We are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch or china cabinet, dust any computer equipment, or wash dishes, customer agrees not to hold Tandom Cleaning Services responsible for damage to any article or component. 10. While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetarily or sentimentally valuable) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. Tandom Cleaning Services must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered. 11. Tandom Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. 12. The safety of our employees is an important issue. Therefore, all firearms in a client’s home must be stored and locked. 13. Tandom Cleaning Services may change the Policies, Terms, and Conditions upon reasonable notice to the customer. |
